Key Account Manager – Insurance

About the role

Comtrade System Integration is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager focused on the insurance sector. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with insurance clients in Serbia, driving growth through tailored technology and digital transformation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key insurance clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Understand client challenges and propose relevant IT solutions and services.
• Collaborate with presales, technical, and delivery teams to design customized offerings.
• Create account plans and contribute to sales and revenue targets.
• Engage with decision‑makers and stakeholders across client organizations.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in insurance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management, sales or business development.
• Background working with insurance companies or strong knowledge of the insurance industry.
• Established network of contacts within the Serbian insurance market (strong advantage).
• Experience selling IT solutions, software, technology services or digital transformation projects.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of generating new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
