Key Account Manager

About the role

Hilti is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead the strategic management and growth of its key construction accounts. The role combines field sales, on‑site technical support and long‑term partnership development to deliver value‑based solutions for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop assigned key accounts in both regular and project business.
• Provide efficient technical solutions and on‑site support at construction sites.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple locations, understanding site‑specific needs and driving tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as materials management, logistics, credit, marketing, technical services and customer service to ensure seamless delivery.
• Identify and pursue incremental sales opportunities within the wider customer network.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Serbian and good command of English.
• Customer‑facing or sales experience, preferably in technical field sales.
• Proven ability to develop engaged customer relationships and implement strategic concepts.
• Dynamic, high‑performance mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Valid driver’s licence.
