Key Account Manager – Sales (Belgrade)

About the role

Atlantic is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join its sales team in Belgrade. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategy for our most important customers and driving growth across the key account channel.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in creating and refining the sales strategy for the key‑customer channel.
• Attend negotiations with key customers, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with their representatives.
• Support the implementation of the adopted sales strategy.
• Prepare short‑term and long‑term sales volume forecasts and assist in cost planning.
• Monitor the execution of sales plans related to key customers and report on performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in similar roles within the FMCG industry.
• Strong initiative, proactivity, result‑orientation and openness to new approaches.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Valid Category B driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
