About the role
We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual to manage our company’s bookkeeping, daily administration and document archive. The role offers a stable work environment with fair conditions and a friendly team.
Key responsibilities
- Perform complete bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
- Handle everyday business administration.
- Organise, sort and maintain the document archive.
- Communicate with relevant institutions such as tax authorities and banks.
Required profile
- IV, VI or VII level of formal education.
- 3–5 years of experience in bookkeeping and administrative duties.
- Precise, organised and comfortable working with numbers and documents.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SEF and e‑Porezi systems.
- Familiarity with the Calculus business software (a plus).
