Level 2 NDT Inspector – Non‑Destructive Testing

About the role

MTU Maintenance Serbia is looking for a Level 2 NDT Inspector to join its production team in Nova Pazova. You will be responsible for performing non‑destructive testing on metal and composite components, ensuring compliance with technical manuals and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan operations, work sequences and production tools according to regulations.
• Execute prescribed NDT tasks using approved procedures and technical manuals.
• Operate specific tools and equipment such as cranes, lifting devices, and NDT instruments.
• Regularly inspect and calibrate tools and equipment.
• Interface with ERP (SAP) to record activities and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain quality, safety and production performance.
• Perform Fluorescent Penetration, Magnetic Particle and Eddy Current processing.
• Document and interpret test results and prepare inspection reports.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Professional training for inspection instruments, tool making, machining, metalworking or as an industrial/car mechanic; material examiner qualification.
• Work experience in the metal or composite industry.
• Proficiency with MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• High technical affinity and willingness to work in two shifts.
• Good teamwork, communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Intermediate level of written and spoken English.
