About the role
The Logistics Coordinator supports the Customer Service field organization across the UK and Ireland from our Belgrade office. This role acts as the central point of contact for customer engineers, third‑party warehouses, transport providers and the global logistics team.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve logistics calls and arrange shipment of spare parts for service calls with fast response and clear communication.
- Manage inventory levels, stock plans and fulfillment to meet service level targets.
- Conduct stock audits, update quantities, investigate discrepancies and handle in‑transit and return‑failure issues.
- Monitor back‑orders, expedite deliveries and maintain service level objectives for open calls awaiting parts.
- Serve as the first point of contact for parts availability issues between Customer Service and internal logistics stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and good PC proficiency.
- Experience with Oracle ES is desirable.
