Marcom Manager

About the role

As a Marcom Manager you will bridge Samsung’s brand strategy, creativity and commercial goals to deliver impactful marketing communications that resonate with local consumers. You will plan and execute both ATL and BTL activities, product launches and partner marketing across assigned markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor Samsung’s ATL and BTL marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business and marketing objectives.
• Translate product and business priorities into local marketing plans that support product launches and ongoing sales.
• Manage adaptation and development of creative assets with agencies and internal stakeholders, maintaining brand consistency.
• Plan, manage and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and accurate financial follow‑up.
• Prepare regular activity reviews, summaries and recommendations on a yearly, quarterly and monthly basis.
• Monitor competitor activities and market developments to generate insights and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate internal approval processes and ensure compliance with Samsung systems and procedures.
• Support partner marketing activities and act as the primary contact for partner marketing teams.
• Connect internal teams, agencies and partners to ensure smooth, on‑time delivery of campaigns.
• Contribute to additional marketing projects as required by the business.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of relevant marketing experience with a strong understanding of planning and execution.
• University degree, preferably in economics, marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing activities across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines and budgets while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, capable of turning market data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent organisational skills.
