Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Marketing Manager based in Niš to lead social‑media strategy and brand storytelling for our clients. If you love turning ideas into standout campaigns and enjoy working with a creative team, this role offers the chance to shape meaningful brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑level strategies, campaigns and messaging that align with each brand’s identity.
• Create scroll‑stopping social‑media concepts that attract and retain followers.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, web designers, and photo/video production teams.
• Oversee content quality and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute content that drives measurable results, not just visual appeal.
• Analyze performance data and continuously optimize strategies.
• Communicate with clients, prioritising excellent customer experience.
• Occasionally work on‑site with clients to coordinate and prepare shoot days.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year of hands‑on experience managing social‑media accounts.
• Ability to see the bigger picture of a brand and innovate in vision and execution.
• Understanding of platform algorithms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Creativity, trend awareness and the ability to generate standout ideas.
• Strong time‑management and task‑organization skills.
• Agency experience is a plus.
