Marketing Manager – Western Balkans

About the role

Blum is launching its Western Balkans subsidiary in Belgrade and seeks a Marketing Manager to shape the brand’s presence in the region. You will lead the creation of a new showroom and drive the overall marketing strategy to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a data‑driven marketing strategy aligned with regional business goals.
• Introduce digital marketing solutions and run integrated online and offline campaigns.
• Strengthen brand positioning and enhance the customer journey across all touchpoints.
• Oversee product positioning, portfolio development, and market communication.
• Collaborate closely with local and regional teams and act as a member of the local management team.

Required profile

• Degree in a business‑related field.
• Minimum five years of marketing experience, preferably B2B.
• Structured, solution‑oriented working style with the ability to lead complex projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong business acumen and fluent written and spoken English.
