Marketing Retention Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Retention Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team and drive customer engagement, retention, reactivation, and long‑term value across our online brands. You will plan and execute targeted CRM campaigns using data‑driven segmentation to deliver personalized, commercially effective communications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute retention, reactivation and engagement campaigns across email, push notifications and website.
• Develop targeted campaigns based on customer behavior, value, activity and lifecycle stage.
• Manage customer segmentation, identify opportunities to improve retention and reduce churn.
• Create and manage promotional campaigns across multiple brands and collaborate with VIP, Content, Design and Customer Support teams.
• Monitor performance, report results and provide optimisation recommendations, including A/B testing of messaging, offers, timing and targeting.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in CRM, retention, lifecycle or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, segmentation and retention strategies.
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with campaign and customer data.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Commercial focus on measurable results.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms; Customer.io is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of HTML.
