Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, results‑oriented Marketing Specialist to own and execute marketing activities for assigned shopping centres and network‑level projects. The role blends strong execution with commercial thinking, requiring independent management of multiple projects that drive traffic and business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing plans for assigned shopping centres, aligned with business priorities, budgets and overall marketing strategy.
• Independently lead campaigns, events and activations from idea and business rationale through budgeting, production, implementation and evaluation.
• Develop tenant partnerships and activations that create measurable value for shopping centres and participating brands.
• Manage agencies, media and production partners and other suppliers, including briefing, negotiations, cost control and quality of delivery.
• Manage marketing budgets with strong attention to cost‑benefit logic and efficient allocation of resources.
• Work closely with Centre Managers and other departments to translate business needs into relevant marketing actions.
• Take ownership of assigned network‑wide campaigns and projects.
• Monitor relevant performance indicators and use insights to improve future activities.
• Identify new opportunities, trends, formats and partnerships relevant to retail and customer experience.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards across marketing activities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of relevant marketing experience; experience in retail, shopping centres, FMCG, consumer brands, hospitality or another fast‑paced B2C environment is an advantage.
• Proven experience managing integrated campaigns, events and/or consumer activations.
• Experience managing agencies, suppliers and budgets.
• Strong project management, organisational and communication skills.
• Professional fluency in English.
