Medior 3D XR Developer

About the role

SyncVR Medical is looking for a Medior 3D XR Developer to join its Education project team. You will create immersive, AI‑enhanced medical simulations that support training, education and professional development for healthcare professionals across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interactive medical procedures in Unity using clean, modular C# code.
• Collaborate with 3D artists to integrate high‑fidelity assets while maintaining performance on standalone headsets such as Quest 3.
• Research and integrate AI tools to automate workflows and enable dynamic, non‑linear training scenarios.
• Translate complex clinical protocols into robust state‑machine logic for realistic equipment behavior and patient responses.
• Implement data standards like xAPI telemetry and ensure seamless communication with Learning Management Systems (LRS).

Required profile

• 2–5 years of professional experience building real‑time Unity applications.
• Proven ability to ship features, improve existing systems and solve complex technical challenges.
• Background in game studios, XR agencies or industrial simulation companies.
• Passion for creating accurate, high‑performance simulations for the medical field.
