Middle Performance Optimization Manager (Paid Search, RM)

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimize social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing, focusing on media or performance KPIs.
• Develop and implement effective campaign strategies and targeting methods for paid social advertising.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and identify optimization opportunities to drive maximum results.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and metrics showcasing performance, insights, and recommendations.
• Build and update dashboards for real‑time visibility into campaign performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Client Service team to understand client requirements and address their needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience executing and optimizing social campaigns toward media or performance KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Fluent English (B2+).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Automotive industry or data‑feed experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Management of SEM advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Bing.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
