Night Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Night Auditor to join our 4‑star boutique hotel in the heart of Belgrade. Working the night shift, you will be the face of the hotel for guests arriving after hours and ensure smooth front‑desk operations throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, and handle reservations during night hours.
• Perform daily financial reconciliation of room charges, payments, and other hotel revenues.
• Accurately post charges, balance cash drawers, and generate nightly financial reports.
• Monitor security and safety procedures, and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a calm, professional atmosphere.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel night audit or front‑office roles.
• Strong communication skills in Serbian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently during night hours and make sound decisions.
• High school diploma; hospitality or hotel‑management education is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Reliable cash‑handling and basic accounting skills.
