Onsite Support Engineer (Part‑time)

About the role

D-ploy is seeking a part‑time Onsite Support Engineer to provide first and second level IT assistance to end‑users in a regulated environment in Belgrade. You will be the primary on‑site contact, handling hardware, software, and mobile device issues while ensuring smooth onboarding for new employees.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver desk‑side and remote support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Log and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
• Document all activities and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Assist with IT onboarding, equipment setup, and user guidance for new hires.
• Contribute to knowledge‑base documentation and continuous service‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Serbian/Bosnian/Croatian (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 + years experience in IT support or onsite support roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments.
• Excellent communication, customer‑oriented mindset, and ability to work independently.
• Clean criminal record extract (not older than 3 months).
