Operations Coordinator – GoHighLevel & Digital Marketing Ops

About the role

Brass Animals is seeking a high‑output Operations Coordinator to keep its digital marketing and revenue operations running smoothly. You will work directly under the Operations Lead, focusing on execution rather than strategy, and ensure that campaigns, sales systems, and data remain accurate and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outbound email sequences in Instantly.ai and integrate Orum with GoHighLevel.
• Build and maintain automated re‑engagement loops for cold leads, former customers, and closed‑lost deals within GoHighLevel.
• Assist in launching paid media campaigns on Google Ads (PMAX), Meta, Bing, and TikTok, including pixel implementation and ROAS reporting.
• Coordinate monthly newsletters, refresh blog content for LLM optimization, and support special campaign projects.
• Ensure data integrity and accurate lead attribution in the CRM.
• Create and maintain performance reports, KPI trackers, and sales enablement frameworks.
• Support light finance tasks such as invoice follow‑ups, vendor reconciliation, and basic bookkeeping in Bill.com using AI tools.
• Assist with gig logistics, contract documentation, and compliance tracking for musicians.
