Operations Specialist - HR Shared Services

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to lead HR Shared Services for our European locations. The role will oversee end‑to‑end HR operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, off‑boarding and employee lifecycle processes while providing payroll support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR Shared Services operations for Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands and provide backup for Serbia.
• Handle onboarding, off‑boarding, contract administration, employee records and HR documentation.
• Partner with employees, managers, recruiters, local HR and IT teams to maintain accurate employee data and timely access provisioning.
• Support payroll activities: review inputs, validate data, perform reconciliations, variance analysis and statutory compliance checks.
• Maintain payroll documentation and assist with processing in line with established deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Payroll, International Relations or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations or Payroll Administration within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR data management and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
