Partnership & Business Development Manager

About the role

The Partnership & Business Development Manager will lead VOGA’s effort to build and nurture strategic alliances with luxury hotels, private aviation providers, concierge services, premium real estate firms and corporate clients. Based in Belgrade, this full‑time, on‑site position works closely with senior management to expand the company’s network and drive revenue growth in the premium mobility market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with VOGA’s growth objectives.
• Identify, approach and build relationships with key decision‑makers across luxury hospitality, aviation, real estate and corporate sectors.
• Structure, negotiate and close strategic partnership agreements, creating tailored commercial models for each partner.
• Represent the VOGA brand at industry events and conferences to increase visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and long‑term development of partnerships.
• Monitor partnership performance, measuring impact on client acquisition and revenue.
• Continuously explore new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships or sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and networking abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in hospitality, luxury, aviation, corporate, real estate or related industries is a plus.
