About the role
We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. You will work in a dynamic production environment focused on continuous improvement, waste reduction, and increasing overall efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize, standardize, and stabilize production processes.
- Participate in the implementation of new processes and innovative process solutions.
- Reduce waste and variability in manufacturing.
- Support production teams in solving process‑related issues.
- Develop and update work instructions and training materials for operators.
- Monitor key process and product parameters.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous production improvement.
Required profile
- VI or VII level qualification with a mechanical or technical focus.
- 1–2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Analytical mindset with a strong desire to solve problems.
- Responsible, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment.
