Process Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Process Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Gornji Milanovac. The role focuses on improving product quality, waste reduction and ensuring compliance with specifications in a leading food‑packaging environment.

Key responsibilities

• Improve the system for defect waste eradication.
• Apply Statistical Process Control to enhance process capability.
• Conduct incoming control of raw materials and handle raw material claims.
• Ensure application of Tetra Pak specifications and standard test methods.
• Organise and monitor semi‑finished and final product inspections.
• Analyse customer claims and implement improvement actions.
• Participate in projects and Total Plant Maintenance (TPM) activities.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Management Systems.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical science field (master’s not required).
• Fluent in English and Serbian.
• Pro‑active, dynamic with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong learning drive and personal motivation.
• Experience in Quality Management.
