Procurement Systems Manager

About the role

AMETEK is expanding its procurement analytics and digital capabilities and seeks a Procurement Systems Manager based in Serbia. The role will own key procurement reporting platforms, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive data quality, integration, and AI enablement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional ownership of ProcureView/Qlik, ensuring the system meets business requirements and defining a roadmap for enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT, Qlik experts, and business units to integrate data, resolve exceptions, and validate master data such as supplier and commodity mappings.
• Manage cross‑functional projects, including AI functionality rollout, user training, and user acceptance testing.
• Design and maintain reporting dashboards (e.g., spend and savings, RFQ tracking, price index) to support corporate, COE, and GSO reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 7‑8 years of experience in data management, reporting systems, or supply‑chain/procurement technology.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed, global environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ProcureView and Qlik reporting platforms.
• Proficiency in AI tools for automation and analytics.
• Data management, integration, and master‑data validation expertise.
• Process mapping and reporting system development.
