Product Manager, Core Products & Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Core Products & Platform team at Fundraise Up. You will own end‑to‑end product ownership for a domain that impacts donation volume, platform reliability and nonprofit success.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own quarterly goals, success metrics and product roadmap for your domain.
• Run structured discovery including customer interviews, data analysis and funnel review.
• Write engineering‑ready specifications with detailed requirements, edge cases and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Growth PMs on experiment design and high‑velocity delivery.
• Collaborate with GTM, Sales, CSM and PMM to resolve enterprise‑critical issues and translate client needs into scalable improvements.
• Track product health, monitor metrics and understand drivers of change.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, fintech or enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to own a product area end‑to‑end and deliver complex features in high‑pressure settings.
• Strong data fluency: define metrics, interpret results and drive evidence‑based decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal English (C1) and ability to work in a Russian‑speaking team.

Required skills

• Experience with payments, fintech or financial product flows (nice to have).
• Experience with API/integration complexity in B2B SaaS platforms (nice to have).
• Familiarity with A/B experimentation frameworks at high velocity (nice to have).
