Production Metal Manager

About the role

As the Production Metal Manager you will coordinate and oversee all activities of the metal department, including budgeting, work‑area organization, production scheduling and program execution. You will ensure that production results meet quality standards, finished‑goods needs and performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement department policies, processes, information systems and cross‑functional improvement projects.
• Oversee metal bunching copper calculations, extrusion needs, inventory levels and scheduling of Bunching, Multidrawing and Rod drawing.
• Monitor daily program execution, adjust schedules for inventory, extra orders and urgent deliveries.
• Analyse production reports, identify discrepancies, and define corrective actions.
• Prepare and control the annual metal section budget, set KPIs and drive continuous‑improvement plans.
• Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing metal team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Master’s a plus).
• Experience in a production supervisory or managerial role (minimum 3 years preferred).

Required skills

• Fluent English.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
