Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing plant in Vršac, Serbia. The plant produces high‑quality components for dialysis therapy, such as AV systems, PD/HD accessories and transparent alpha clamps. You will work on the assembly line, preparing components, assembling finished and semi‑finished products, and ensuring they meet our strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare components for assembly according to work instructions.
• Manually join, screw and glue parts using appropriate tools and materials.
• Inspect, sort and ready components for the production process.
• Operate packaging machines, monitor their performance and verify correct packaging.
• Label and form transport packages, load pallets and maintain a tidy work area.
• Participate in final product assembly on the production line.
