Project Manager – Customer Rollout (Belgrade)

About the role

The Project Manager will join the T&T Global Deployment Services Team and lead customer‑specific rollout projects. After contract sign‑off, you will own the installation plan, guide the project team and ensure all commitments to the customer are met. The role may report to an assigned NCRA project manager and handles day‑to‑day rollout tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute project rollouts and maintain detailed schedules.
• Produce regular status reports and manage action and risk logs.
• Administer and create project databases, coordinating with the Implementation Coordination group.
• Prepare customer engineers, host meetings and calls, and ensure service readiness in target countries.
• Handle billing, invoicing and financial reporting.
• Manage escalations and define implementation processes.
• Utilise project‑management tools and oversee financial outlooks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of industry experience with direct customer and supplier interaction.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proven project management experience, preferably with an official certification.
• Additional European language (German or French) is a plus.
