Project Manager – Electrification

About the role

ABB is looking for a Project Manager to lead medium‑size electrification projects within its Distribution Solutions division in Serbia. You will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities are carried out in line with ABB’s procedures, regulations, and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the project execution approach, including planning, monitoring and control of internal and external resources.
• Track project progress, manage resource utilization and oversee financial performance.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks while pursuing improvement opportunities.
• Lead the formal acceptance, contract close‑out and customer acknowledgment processes.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in electrical applications covering design, material sourcing and construction.
• Strong knowledge of medium‑voltage and low‑voltage equipment.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in Serbian and English.
• Valid work permit for Serbia.
