Project Manager – Future Roles

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Manager for its Future Roles initiative in Serbia. The role will support clinical trial delivery by coordinating study activities, managing documentation, and overseeing vendor performance. You will work closely with internal functional teams and external partners to ensure studies progress on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain the Trial Master File (TMF) Plan and routinely review the TMF for quality, completeness and inspection readiness.
• Coordinate and monitor study deliverables across internal departments and external vendors.
• Support interim analyses, database snapshots, data locks, final CSR preparation and study closure activities.
• Identify, contract and manage approved vendors, monitor deliverables, detect scope creep and develop change orders.
• Assist with resource management and transition planning in collaboration with Resource Managers.
• Develop contingency plans, risk mitigation strategies and ensure study milestones are met.
• Prepare metric reports from multiple sources for clients or senior management.
• Participate in financial review meetings, reconcile budgets, review and approve invoices from sites or vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in clinical trial project administration or similar project management role.
• Familiarity with Trial Master File management and inspection readiness requirements.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Ability to develop and track metrics, contingency plans and financial performance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
