Project Manager – Future Roles

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Manager for future opportunities in Belgrade. The role will support clinical trial administration, financial reporting and vendor coordination across multiple functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain the Trial Master File (TMF) plan and ensure inspection readiness.
• Coordinate study deliverables across internal departments and external vendors.
• Assist with interim analyses, database locks, final CSR and study closure activities.
• Manage vendor contracts, monitor deliverables and develop change orders as needed.
• Develop contingency plans, risk mitigation strategies and metric reports for senior management.
• Review and approve invoices, attend financial review meetings and support budget reconciliation.
• Represent the company to clients, participate in proposal development and communicate deliverable status.

Required profile

• Experience collaborating with resource managers to plan transitions and develop detailed transition plans.
• Ability to interact with internal functional departments and external vendors to gather financial and performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and internal meeting presentations.
