Project Manager – Product Lifecycle Management

About the role

ProPharma is expanding its Product Lifecycle Management group and seeks a permanent Project Manager to lead key initiatives across technology transfer and other division projects. The role is based in one of our offices in Serbia, Croatia, or Bosnia and offers the chance to drive projects from conception to implementation within the life‑sciences sector.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and communicate projects from scoping through implementation with limited senior oversight.
• Develop project deliverables such as charters, plans, communication materials, and presentations.
• Maintain project dashboards, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies, and adjust plans as needed.
• Facilitate face‑to‑face and virtual meetings across multiple time zones.
• Own the quality of all deliverables and monitor scope and progress.
• Document meetings, directives, and significant conversations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life‑sciences or a business discipline.
• 5–10 years of project‑management experience in the life‑sciences sector.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a passion for quality.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Solution‑oriented problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with local and virtual teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
