Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

Modulor is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that its construction and façade projects meet project specifications, approved methods, and international standards. The role owns the quality plan from material inspection through final handover, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and third‑party testers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project‑specific Quality Management Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Conduct site and factory inspections to verify workmanship, materials, and installations against drawings and specifications.
• Review and approve subcontractor and supplier quality documentation, method statements, and material submittals.
• Track and manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) to closure, driving corrective actions and reducing rework.
• Coordinate third‑party testing and certification, maintaining quality records for audits and handover.
• Support internal and external audits and promote continuous improvement of QA/QC procedures.
• Deliver toolbox talks and training on quality standards and inspection requirements.
• Compile quality reports and dashboards for project and senior management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• 6‑10 years of QA/QC experience in construction, façade or manufacturing environments.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant construction/facade quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Required skills

• ISO 9001 implementation.
• Preparation of Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and Non‑Conformance Reports (NCR).
• Quality documentation management.
• Use of digital QA/QC tools such as Procore or Fieldwire.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Internal auditor certification (nice to have).
