Quality Engineer Electronics Production

About the role

Join a family‑owned, globally expanding company as a Quality Engineer focused on electronics production. You will support the establishment and continuous improvement of the pre‑production quality organization, working closely with cross‑functional teams and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support setup and development of the Electronics Pre‑Production Quality organization through knowledge transfer and employee training.
• Lead and participate in cross‑functional projects such as production ramp‑ups, relocations, process changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage customer complaints, maintain proactive communication, and monitor quality performance via customer portals.
• Identify, assess, and resolve quality issues using methodologies like 8D, PDCA, FMEA, and root‑cause analysis.
• Initiate and coordinate immediate containment actions to protect customers and production processes.
• Facilitate problem‑solving teams, conduct investigations, and ensure sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
• Create, maintain, and monitor quality documentation, reports, and quality‑related cost analysis.
• Support warranty and complaint management activities and provide data for customer negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in automotive, electronics, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (8D, PDCA, FMEA, root‑cause analysis).
• Experience in customer complaint management and stakeholder communication in an international environment.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
