Quality Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Quality Engineer to improve manufacturing processes and ensure customer satisfaction in our Kragujevac plant. The role involves continuous improvement of product quality and compliance with automotive standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure continuous improvement of all products to meet MEQ quality targets such as RPPM, CPPM, IPPM, SPPM, and warranty metrics.
• Resolve quality control issues using corporate problem‑solving methods (8D, PSD, PCAD, Kepner‑Tregoe) and manage corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain compliance with IOS, IATF 16949, ISO 9000, and specific customer requirements.
• Represent the plant in the SDT team and execute plant‑related PRP tasks.
• Manage the customer part approval process and maintain related documentation.

Required profile

• Level 6 or 7 qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry and at least 3 years in quality control.

Required skills

• IATF, QS9000, Continuous Improvement, Total Quality Management (TQM).
• PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC).
