About the role
We are looking for motivated production workers to join our fish‑processing plant in Niš. The position involves handling, processing and packaging canned fish products for both domestic and export markets.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare fish for the production and packaging process
- Load fish onto the production line and operate the line
- Monitor product quality during manufacturing
- Package finished products and prepare them for shipment
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workstation according to hygiene standards
- Follow all prescribed work, hygiene and food‑safety procedures
- Perform additional tasks related to the production process as needed
Required profile
- No prior experience required
- Responsible and reliable
- Neat and diligent in work
- Willingness to work as part of a team
