Recruitment Coordinator / Administrator

About the role

Join B2Spin’s fast‑moving Talent Acquisition team as a Recruitment Coordinator/Administrator. You will keep the recruitment engine running smoothly by managing ATS platforms, maintaining candidate data quality, and delivering clear reporting for hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Administer multiple ATS platforms (including Ashby), ensuring pipelines are clean, data is accurate, and requisitions are up‑to‑date.
• Develop automations, workflows, and documentation to reduce manual effort and improve the TA function.
• Manage the global candidate database, maintaining GDPR compliance and high‑quality talent pools.
• Produce regular TA reports on pipeline activity, time‑to‑hire, and source effectiveness for stakeholders.
• Maintain job templates, recruitment trackers, and shared documentation on‑brand and easy to use.
• Support TA projects end‑to‑end, coordinating timelines, stakeholder input, and rollouts of new tools and processes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with ATS administration and pipeline hygiene in a busy recruitment operation.
• Proven ability to work with data and create clean, actionable reports for non‑technical audiences.
• Track record of managing and segmenting candidate databases with strong GDPR and privacy awareness.
• Comfortable juggling multiple systems and producing clear process documentation.
• Experience with Ashby is a plus, or the ability to become a power user quickly.
• Direct communicator who takes accountability and thrives in a remote‑first, fast‑paced environment.
