Recruitment Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Lead to build and run the hiring function for a fast‑scaling project in the construction and hospitality sectors. This fully remote position will oversee a team of six recruiters and work closely with business leaders on the most complex and senior hires.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a recruitment team of 6‑7 recruiters.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of the most complex, senior, or sensitive positions.
• Build recruitment analytics and reporting to monitor pipeline health, hiring velocity, and team performance.
• Design and evolve sourcing strategies across all roles the function hires for.
• Advise the business on hiring strategy, market realities, and organisational design as the team grows.
• Set processes, tooling, and standards for the wider recruitment team.

Required profile

• Solid experience leading a recruitment team, preferably through a period of active scaling.
• Proven track record of personally closing complex or senior hires.
• Comfortable building recruitment analytics and using data to guide decisions.
• Fluent in English and Russian, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills and good judgment with confidential information.
• Self‑directed and comfortable working remotely while leading a distributed team.
