Reddit Content Creator

About the role

Foundation is expanding its Reddit marketing capabilities and needs a dedicated creator who can produce native, community‑appropriate content across multiple subreddits. You will help B2B tech and SaaS clients build a trusted presence on Reddit by posting and engaging in a way that respects each community’s rules and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Write and publish Reddit posts and comments that blend naturally with the target subreddits.
• Participate in ongoing discussions, adding value without sounding promotional.
• Monitor subreddit culture, guidelines, and sentiment toward client brands.
• Identify conversation patterns and opportunities to share existing insights or content.
• Collaborate with internal editors and content leads to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Occasionally support other content formats when needed.

Required profile

• Active Reddit user with a solid understanding of platform mechanics.
• Demonstrated ability to follow subreddit rules and avoid promotional language.
• Clear, concise writing style with a human tone.
• Attention to detail regarding formatting, tonal shifts, and community norms.
• Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback precisely.
• Curious, observant, and able to engage in B2B or technical conversations when provided context.
