Regional Sales Manager – Serbia

About the role

SKUBA Serbia is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow its truck and trailer spare parts business in Serbia. Reporting to the CEO and Group Sales Management, you will shape the sales strategy, build strong customer relationships, and drive sustainable growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share while monitoring KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch managers and sales teams to meet ambitious targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, market potential, and locations for expansion.
• Manage regional sales budgets and ensure effective business planning.
• Build long‑term partnerships with key customers and suppliers, participating in strategic negotiations.
• Monitor pricing, customer profitability, and commercial performance.
• Improve operational efficiency across branches by addressing challenges and implementing solutions.
• Define and strengthen the regional sales team structure according to business needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales leadership, regional or multi‑branch management.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering business growth.
• Experience leading and developing sales teams.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
• Background in the automotive aftermarket, commercial vehicle, truck parts, or B2B distribution is a strong advantage.
• Fluent Serbian and good English.
