Regional Sales Representative – Electric Actuators (Balkan Region)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Representative to develop and grow the business for electric actuators across the Balkan region. The role focuses on business development, building a sales pipeline from scratch and establishing long‑term relationships with industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for electric actuators in the Balkan market.
• Identify and acquire new customers in sectors using valves, actuators and automation equipment.
• Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline through visits, cold outreach, trade fairs and networking.
• Understand customer applications and recommend suitable actuator solutions based on technical specifications.
• Prepare and follow up on commercial and technical quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Maintain systematic CRM and pipeline management, providing forecasts and market feedback.
• Monitor competitors, market developments and upcoming projects.
• Collaborate closely with technical and commercial teams at SCHIEBEL Antriebstechnik headquarters in Vienna.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in B2B technical sales, business development or industrial automation.
• Proven experience selling electric actuators, valves, flow‑control equipment or related automation solutions.
• Strong ability to build relationships with OEMs, EPC companies, system integrators, distributors and end users.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on technical solutions.
