About the role
A leading automotive company specializing in thermoplastics is seeking a dynamic and proactive Quality Manager. The role will act as the guardian of the brand’s excellence, managing the implementation of quality systems and ensuring full regulatory compliance so that every component exceeds customer expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality system standards.
- Implement and manage APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA methodologies for process control.
- Lead the Quality Department, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage customer relations concerning complaints, audits, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Procurement to qualify and develop suppliers.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of experience in Quality Control within the automotive supply chain (Tier 1 or Tier 2).
- Technical degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of Automotive Core Tools.
- Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA.
