Retail Salesperson

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Retail Salesperson to join our Belgrade store. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right consumer electronics and home‑appliance solutions while delivering a friendly, professional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, identify their needs and provide product recommendations.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of electronics and appliances, offering suitable alternatives.
• Process sales transactions, handle returns, exchanges and manage POS operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and attractive product displays.
• Answer customer inquiries, perform basic inventory checks and support promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and ensure a positive in‑store experience.

Required profile

• Strong product knowledge and ability to explain technical features in simple terms.
• Proven retail sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Basic numeracy and computer proficiency.
• Team‑oriented, reliable and flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; sales or customer‑service training is a plus.
