Retail Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead a retail outlet, drive sales performance and develop a high‑performing team. You will be the key driver of store success, ensuring operational excellence and a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire operation of the retail store and achieve sales targets.
• Lead, organize, motivate and develop the store team.
• Delegate tasks efficiently, train staff and monitor performance.
• Track key performance indicators, manage costs and inventory, and define improvement actions.
• Maintain store appearance, apply brand standards and execute promotional campaigns.
• Plan work schedules, manage the budget and control expenses.
• Ensure a safe, efficient and pleasant environment for employees and customers.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in a retail supervisory or manager role.
• Secondary education (high school) or equivalent.
• Strong analytical ability to monitor sales, costs and stock.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills.
• Responsibility, pro‑activity and results‑orientation.
• Clear, motivating communication and ability to build a positive work atmosphere.
