Revenue Manager

About the role

The Revenue Manager will join LUI – The Art of Gaming in Belgrade to lead daily revenue performance across its iGaming brands. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on monitoring key metrics, analysing trends and optimising pricing and promotional strategies to maximise profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies for gaming operations.
• Monitor and optimise payment processing and transactional revenue streams across digital and physical channels.
• Analyse performance metrics such as occupancy, ADR, gaming revenue, player segmentation and transaction volumes to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations teams to design and execute targeted promotions, loyalty programmes and pricing strategies.
• Forecast revenue trends, prepare budgets and deliver actionable insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, financial reporting and AML requirements.
• Manage revenue management tools, software systems and dashboards for accurate reporting.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to adapt pricing strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to operational teams on revenue optimisation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends and propose actionable insights.
• Experience in revenue management and revenue recognition, preferably within gaming or online entertainment.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional work.
