Revenue Operations Analyst

About the role

The Revenue Operations Analyst supports the calculation of revenue objectives, quota allocation and distribution across regional sales and customer success teams. The role works closely with Revenue Analytics to ensure data accuracy, drive forecasting, and provide actionable insights for business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage revenue objective calculations, quota allocations and distribution.
• Maintain data accuracy and reporting in partnership with Revenue Analytics.
• Analyze regional customer and pipeline performance and deliver insights for business reviews.
• Maintain CRM data integrity to improve revenue effectiveness.
• Lead bi‑yearly customer tiering and ICP segmentation, coordinating with GTM Engineering.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in finance, analytics or sales‑analytics roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, visualization).
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
