RRP Brand Manager – Adriatica (Belgrade)

About the role

JTI is seeking a passionate and commercially‑focused Brand Manager to lead the Reduced‑Risk Products (RRP) portfolio for the Adriatica region. Based in Belgrade, you will translate global strategy into local execution, drive new product launches and optimise the brand’s performance in a fast‑changing market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the RRP brand strategy aligned with local, regional and global priorities.
• Manage and develop the RRP Brand team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee the RRP portfolio—including devices, consumables and accessories—while driving optimisation and commercial KPIs.
• Coordinate PLM, packaging development and new‑product‑development processes.
• Design pricing strategies and portfolio positioning to maximise business results.
• Monitor market performance, consumer insights and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present strategic updates and business plans to local EXCOM, regional and HQ stakeholders.
• Lead agency selection, manage external partners and ensure high‑quality brand communication.
• Develop integrated communication plans, visual campaigns, retail assets, digital content and PR initiatives.
• Drive internal education and advocacy for the RRP portfolio across functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management, portfolio management and market analysis.
• Strong project‑management track record leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Agile mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment.
