Russian-Speaking Games Presenter Team Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Russian‑speaking Games Presenter Team Manager to lead our on‑floor team at a leading B2B gaming studio in Belgrade. You will ensure high‑quality performance, smooth shift operations, and effective communication between staff and management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide team members to deliver engaging, professional presentations.
• Manage daily schedules, rotations, and breaks to meet operational timelines.
• Communicate new procedures, policies, and best practices to the entire team.
• Address minor technical or operational issues as they arise.
• Act as the liaison between staff and senior management, relaying feedback and updates.
• Provide coaching, motivation, and support to maintain a positive work environment.
• Compile and analyse data for accurate daily or shift reports.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for appearance, conduct, and behaviour.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Russian (C1) and fluent English (minimum B2).
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team‑coordination experience.
• Background in Management, Business Administration or related field is a plus.
• Experience in customer‑focused, operations or service‑driven environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment, including night shifts.
