Sales Coordinator – Wholesale

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support forecasting, reporting, and day‑to‑day account coordination across our wholesale channel. The role ensures smooth sales operations by turning data into actionable plans and acting as a liaison between sales, accounts, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and track channel or category sales against plan and forecast by account.
• Compile and analyze sales data to create forecasts and suggest buys.
• Initiate and compile various sales reports; maintain spreadsheets and logs for open orders, new accounts, sales plans, refused orders, and credit holds.
• Proactively address issues and opportunities within the account base, serving as a liaison for the Wholesale Team and cross‑functional partners.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and departments such as accounting, customer experience, and supply chain.
• Coordinate channel or category meetings and events, handling sales collateral, samples, and logistics.
• Manage ad‑hoc projects and tasks for the Wholesale team as needed.
• Communicate directly with accounts regarding updates, programs, and order confirmations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of related professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting sell‑through data and forecasting inventory needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
