Sales Executive – Packaging & Technical Fabrics

About the role

Thrace Plastics Packaging Doo, a member of the Thrace Group, is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join its team in Nova Pazova. You will be responsible for expanding the company’s footprint in the packaging, technical fabrics, and hydroponic greenhouse markets by building strong, long‑term relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rapport with existing and prospective clients.
• Visit customers on‑site to assess needs, promote products, and provide support.
• Identify new sales opportunities and collaborate with clients to solve challenges.
• Prepare, negotiate, and finalize contracts, including pricing, promotions, credit terms, and product availability.
• Monitor sales performance, product delivery, and payment cycles throughout the year.
• Keep the client database up‑to‑date and manage payment balances.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 60% of work time) and hold a valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
