Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead sales activities for large‑format printing solutions, including StarJet and Epson product lines, from prospecting to closing. Based in Belgrade, the role requires strong B2B sales expertise, deep product knowledge, and the ability to travel for client visits and industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Monitor market trends and collaborate with technical and marketing teams to meet customer needs.
• Set, track, and achieve sales targets; produce regular sales reports for leadership.
• Maintain high level of product knowledge and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales and account‑management experience, preferably in printing, hardware or related technology.
• Ability to build long‑term customer relationships and provide consultative selling support.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English and the local language.
• Experience using CRM and sales‑reporting tools to manage pipelines and achieve targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment with international partners and travel as needed.
