Sales Promoter - Division Vehicle Lifetime Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Promoter to own and develop the sales performance of assigned distributor accounts within the Vehicle Lifetime Solutions division. The role serves as the primary commercial contact for purchasing departments, focusing on pricing, volume discussions, and sales initiatives to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop sales performance of assigned distributor accounts.
• Act as the primary commercial contact for purchasing departments, handling pricing, volume discussions, and sales initiatives.
• Drive top‑line growth, product mix optimisation and market‑share expansion.
• Identify and realise new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Prepare and follow up on sales offers, price discussions and commercial proposals.
• Execute key‑account sales plans aligned with company targets and strategy.
• Monitor sales KPIs, turnover and customer performance, taking proactive actions to exceed targets.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Marketing) to ensure availability, promotions and smooth execution.
• Analyse customer data, sales trends and market dynamics to support sales decisions.
• Conduct regular customer/market visits and business reviews to strengthen partnerships and increase sales loyalty.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales or key‑account management, preferably in automotive spare parts/aftermarket.
• Hands‑on experience working with distributors and purchasing organisations.
• Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, pricing logic and volume‑driven business models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
