Sales Representative (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Workanova is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Sales Representative to join its VIP / Sales team in Belgrade. You will engage players through inbound and outbound calls, promote iGaming products and campaigns, and help strengthen player relationships to drive engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls with Arabic‑speaking players, presenting approved iGaming products, promotions, tournaments and events.
• Invite players to participate in relevant gaming activities and offers, building professional relationships and delivering a personalized experience.
• Support activation, engagement, retention and reactivation campaigns, proactively contacting existing players and identifying inactive users.
• Record all interactions, requests and outcomes accurately in the CRM and escalate payment, verification, bonus, technical, complaint, fraud or account‑related matters to the appropriate departments.
• Meet individual and team sales, engagement and retention targets while adhering to responsible gaming, data protection and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) and good working proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, account management or call‑center operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls and able to work rotational shifts from the Belgrade office.
